About
Kathy Guzmán Galloway is a girl mom, a four time entrepreneur, and the founder of The Clarity Wizard. For more than 20 years she has helped leaders and organizations find their way forward when
the path has stopped feeling clear. She has worked with everyone from Fortune 500 companies to fast growing challengers, with deep roots in food and beverage.
Her superpower is excavating the real story, the one buried underneath everything a team has been spinning in. She arrives without an agenda or a predetermined answer, and her work is built on onebelief: clarity isn’t insight, it’s direction. Her Fog to Focus framework gives leaders a way to move from uncertainty to a decision that holds up when the pressure arrives.
Kathy is an Afro Latina Jersey girl living in Texas and the proud daughter of Dominican Republic immigrants. She loves cooking, beaches, and 90s merengue.
